Cancelation policy

As a salon that values both your time and ours, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients and optimize our schedules to serve everyone efficiently.
We understand that life can sometimes be unpredictable, and things don’t always go as planned. If, for any reason, you must reschedule within the 24-hour window, we completely understand. However, a 50% charge of the services you had scheduled will be applied before we can set up your next appointment. Please know that this policy helps us maintain the high level of service you deserve while ensuring fairness to all our valued clients.
At the same time, we genuinely care about your well-being and understand that circumstances beyond your control may arise. Rest assured, we make exceptions to this policy when it comes to your health and well-being. Your comfort and safety are of utmost importance to us, and we’ll gladly work with you to find the best solution possible.
